USER AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Shichifukujin.online platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and the person investing in cryptocurrency products through the Platform using their own crypto wallet (hereinafter referred to as the "Investor").
1.2. By using the Platform, the Investor confirms their full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. Investing in crypto assets is associated with a high risk of capital loss. The Investor understands and accepts these risks.

2. Terms and Definitions
2.1. Crypto Asset / Cryptocurrency — a digital asset whose use and circulation is based on blockchain technology.
2.2. Investment Product — an offering of the Platform that allows an investor to invest crypto assets for the purpose of generating income.
2.3. Wallet — a software tool (e.g., Phantom, Sollet, MetaMask) through which the Investor independently stores and manages their crypto assets.
2.4. Transaction — an action by the Investor to send or receive crypto assets to participate in investment products.
2.5. Referral User — a new user attracted by the Investor via a unique link or identifier.

3. Terms of Use
3.1. The Investor independently manages their funds through the wallet. The Platform does not receive or store the Investor's crypto assets.
3.2. All transactions are initiated and signed by the Investor using their wallet.
3.3. The Investor undertakes to use the wallet securely and keep private keys and seed phrases confidential. The Platform is not responsible for loss of access to funds.
3.4. The investor agrees that any actions through the wallet, including errors or sending funds to an incorrect address, are entirely their responsibility.

4. Risks and Responsibilities
4.1. The investor understands that the value of cryptoassets can both increase and decrease.
4.2. The platform does not guarantee investment returns and is not responsible for losses caused by market fluctuations.
4.3. All transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
4.4. The platform is not responsible for:
Actions of third parties (hackers, fraudsters);
Wallet or blockchain errors;
Force majeure.

5. Fees and Payments
5.1. The platform may charge a fee for the use of investment products.
5.2. Fees are displayed on the payment website and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.3. Additionally, blockchain network fees apply, which are independent of the Platform.

6. Privacy and Data Processing
6.1. The Platform may collect limited data on Investor transactions, wallets, and activity solely for analytics and to ensure the functioning of the services.
6.2. The Platform undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties, except as required by law.

7. Termination of Participation
7.1. An Investor may terminate participation in investment products at any time by initiating the relevant transaction through their wallet.
7.2. The Platform reserves the right to suspend the provision of products in the event of violations of the law or the terms of the Agreement.

8. Changes to Terms
8.1. The Platform reserves the right to change the terms of investment products.
8.2. Continued use of the Platform after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Referral Program
9.1. The Investor can participate in the referral program and receive a referral reward (refback) for each new user who makes an investment through the platform using a unique link or Investor ID.
9.2. The referral reward amount is indicated on the website and is subject to change by the Platform without prior notice.
9.3. The referral reward is paid directly to the Investor's wallet after the Referral User's activity is confirmed (e.g., making their first investment).
9.4. The Investor acknowledges that any attempts at fraud, manipulation, or circumvention of the Platform's rules will result in the blocking of rewards and may entail legal liability.

10. Final Provisions
10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is registered.
10.2. Disputes will be resolved through negotiations, and if this is impossible, in court in accordance with applicable law.
10.3. The invalidity of any provision will not affect the others.
